I want you to feel comfortable with shopping at Karin's Creations as well as satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email me within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number and the reason for your return. I will then return an email authorizing the return. This is very important for my bookkeeping, so returns without authorization will not be accepted. I will offer a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs/ insurance are non-refundable. The buyer will be responsible for any further shipping charges. Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original purchase.
