K. A. Mace is confident that you will be thrilled with your handmade jewelry selections. However, should the item not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund the item within 30 days of date of purchase with proof of purchase.

All returns must have a Return Authorization number which is obtained by emailing K. A. Mace Jewelry at kelly@kamacejewelry.com or contacting the designer at 949-842-1849. Customer assumes all shipping charges and insurance to return items to K. A. Mace Jewelry.

When Return Authorization number is obtained, the item(s) can be returned to:
