Can I offer customer the option of buying 3 items for $10?
Yes, you can. If you are selling small items, you could list them together as a package of 3 or 5 or 10 items for a better price, than the price of the individual items.
You could still list those items individually, in case other people would prefer to by only one item and not a package of 3.
