I sold an item, but didn't recieve a payment. What should I do?

If you didn't recieve a payment, do not ship your items!
It's that simple.

Payments through PayPal appear in your account immediately after the sale. You will also see a payment status update in your iCraft Account. If you don't see those updates, you can try contacting your customer directly.

In our email to buyers, we say that they have 3 days to pay. After that the seller has the right to cancel the order and relist thier items.
