To make different with other case we Printed the case and we use sublimation Durabrite ink to add an image style at the back of the case, after that for long lasting effect and make shiny at the case we coated with a crystal clear enamel layer

A. Item not as described or broken

1. If you're not satisfied with item(s), please contact us at inpointsale@yahoo.com, we will exchange or refund your money (exclude shipping fee).

2. Before you claim for exchange or refund, please give us some prove that items is not as described, broken, etc., by sending us picture to our email.

3. Shipping is the buyer responsibility and is not refundable.

B. Item Lost or never come to your place

1.If we send your item with a tracking number. we will ask you for refund or reshipping as soon as possible, but before we do that, we will see the tracking number first, if the item still in the way we will hold that policy until we have report that the item is lost from our third party shipping company.

2. If we send your item without a tracking number. we will wait until the maximum time in our shipping condition (30 working day) and if the item still not came we will give you refund to your PayPal Account as soon as possible.
