Please place your order minimum 4-6 weeks before your wedding day. Delivery time is included in the 4-6 weeks lead time. All shipping costs shown above include postage tax and handling fee for the GTA and surrounding areas in Toronto, Ontario only. All satin boxes will be shipped using Canada Post mail service therefore please allow for 3 - 4 business days for regular delivery and 1-2 days for expedited shipping within Toronto and GTA.

If ordering outside of Toronto and GTA, Ontario please contact us using the 'contact seller button' for the specific shipping cost to your mailing address including expedited shipping rates. Shipping available only within Canada. Postage rates are subject to change according to Canada Post rates.

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on these products. In the case of a damaged product due to shipping please follow these important steps to report damage of product to Wrap Artist.

Please note: Every wedding card box is carefully hand crafted and we ensure that each card box is in excellent condition before we ship out to our clients. We take great care in providing quality craftsmanship.

In the event that the product gets damaged via Canada Post please do the following so that we may determine how to best resolve the issue quickly:

1) If the shipping box is damaged, take a photo of the damaged area on the box and be sure to identify the shipping box with the appropriate Wrap Artist mailing label and fragile label.

2) If the card box is damaged, take a photo of the damaged area.

3) Email satinbox@wrap-artist.ca immediately within 24 hours. In your email Include the photos of damaged areas and explain in detail the condition of the brown shippping box and/or wedding box when you received it. Include the day of your wedding or bridal shower.

4) Wrap Artist will make best efforts to resolve the issue immediately. If Wrap Artist determines that there was damage to the product caused by Canada Post, we will mail out a replacement product to you as soon as possible with no shipping costs charged to you.
