He sits on a blue swirl base with blue and white hearts. He is furry looking and has a heart nose. He measures 4" round and is made from polymer clay which has plastic and resins making him strong. Over time he might need repair - use a super glue GEL for best results. Make an ordinary every day cake- extraordinary for little cost and have a keepsake after use wax paper or similar under the topper when placing on the cake- topper can be cleaned with water
