My shop is currently closed until I update my work. We will continue designing new pieces and will start listing as soon as we have enough new designs ready. We will bring more one of a kind embroidered pieces ready to ship for your enjoyment.

We will mainly concentrate on bead embroidered designs ready to ship, each will be unique and not repeated as we prefer to work on one piece at a time, focusing on a particular theme. We expect to open during the following months closer to early spring.

General Shipping Policy:

SHIPPING ADDRESS: • Payments via PayPal will ship only to PayPal addresses, if you wish your package to be sent to a different address, please update that shipping address in your PayPal at time of purchase. SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME FRAME: Processing time is 3 to 5 business days which is the time I need to prepare an order for shipping. For additional details, see individual items. • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of cleared payment. I do not process orders on weekends or legal holidays. ***If your order requires sizing or custom requests, I begin work once funds have cleared and ship approximately 10 business days from the clear date (unless previously agreed differently). TRANSIT TIME: Please note that once I ship the order I have no control over the transit time. International orders including Canada can get held up in customs and may take up to 6 weeks (regularly it’s 7 to 14 business days) I'm sorry, I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. • I list my shipping fees as close to my actual costs of materials and postage as possible to save you on shipping costs. All orders will be securely and lovingly packaged for protection and safe arrival! • Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. ALL ORDERS ARE INSURED Insurance is already included in the shipping price so your order is protected against loss or damage in transit and will ship via (USPS) United States Postal Service. In case of damage in transit, please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items to provide them, if required, to the carrier or insurer as proof of damage during transit. Overall it is a simple process. Refund will be issued after all insurance requirements are met. VAT, IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS - Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All customs forms will be accurately and completely declared as it is a crime to do otherwise. All tariffs, VAT and/or import duties, taxes, customs charges or other charges imposed on international deliveries are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are imposed by your country to receive imported goods and are the responsibility of the buyer. For any questions please contact me and I’ll be happy to respond asap. For orders within the US, expedited shipping such as Express Mail or Overnight Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that once I ship the item, it is out of my hands and I have no control over transit time.

Returns and exchange details:
Each of our creations are handmade and unique, therefore to protect our work and give you the best value we can, all sales are FINAL with no refunds. So, while we don’t accept returns or exchanges, if there was an error in our part, we will be happy to fix or replace the item (s) so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase.

* All items are described and photographed in detail, so please read measurements and descriptions carefully and/or contact us through our ICraft shop with any questions before purchasing. I will be happy to respond promptly!

When you purchase one of our pieces we want you to be happy with it...If for some reason you are not, please contact us upon receipt with your concerns prior to leaving a review and we will do our best to resolve any issues in a positive manner.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND SHIPPING INSURANCE

All orders domestic and international include insurance and will ship via (USPS) United States Postal Service.

• Insurance is already included in the shipping price so your order is protected against loss or damage in transit :)

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately to start the insurance process.

* Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier or insurance agent as proof of damage during transit.

SHIPPING ERRORS

We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, so if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll work to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away.

WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK 100%
If there was an error in our part, we will be happy to fix or replace it. Please contact us through our Icraft shop within 5 days of receipt date, BEFORE returning your item, for approval and a Return Authorization number to replace or fix unworn, undamaged pieces in their exact original condition and packaging.

* Item must be sent back to us within 5 days of Return Authorization. Please use a method of shipping that you can track as we cannot be responsible for items we do not receive.

* Please do not return items back without a return authorization from me. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense.

Federikas reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time. We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

* Please note: in the rare event that payment for merchandise would not go through or gets reversed for any reason and you already have the merchandise; The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received back to seller. You may not keep both the money and the item(s) without the authorization of the shop.

CUSTOM ORDERS will require a minimum 50% non refundable down payment at the time the order is placed. Turn around time will depend on size and intricacy of order. Due to the personalized nature of the items, custom orders may not be canceled, exchanged or returned.
