CUSTOM ORDERS: If you see an item you love, but would like it in a different color or yarn, please ask. Custom orders will take 1 to 2 weeks to complete and ship. If you have an idea for a special item that you do not see in my shop, please converse with me and I’ll see what I can do. I love a challenge and I love to create!

SHIPPING: I ship within 24 hours of payment, unless it’s the weekend. I ship via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation and international first class for outside the US. If you prefer priority mail, I am happy to oblige. Insurance is available for an additional charge upon request.

Shipping and handling fees not only pay for postage, but also cover packaging materials. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please contact me before making your payment. I will adjust your order to reflect any changes.

PAYPAL is preferred, and your item will ship within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment.

I ask that payments be made within 48 hours of purchase or items will be relisted.
RETURNS are on a case by case basis and will expire after 1 week of receipt. Hats are non-returnable.

All items will arrive beautifully packaged and protected.
