We at Frost are committed to creating high quality work that is beautiful and unique. We take inspiration from the beauty that surrounds us in this city of contrast. From the snow-capped peaks of the Coastal Range to the sandy beaches of the Pacific, vision is always at our doorstep. Our work is the result of a collaborative effort between two creative individuals. Marie is a professional artist and animator who has worked on projects for Nintendo, Warner Bros. and Dreamworks and for the last five years has been working for a local video game developer. Kas is an entrepreneur who runs a successful interior design company based in downtown Vancouver and comes from a family of talented artists. Though we both enjoy exciting careers, sometimes creativity spills over from daily life and Frost is the result of our enthusiasm for design and beautiful things.

STORE POLICY

While we will review each transaction on a case by case basis, in general we do not offer refunds.
In the event that you need to return an item, we will do exchanges provided the original item is returned to us in the condition it was sent and provided the cost of the return ship is paid for by the customer.
We cannot guarantee that there won't be delays in transit, but in the event your package does not arrive by mail in the alloted time please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to investigate the matter for you.
