looking for ruffled lace

Hi everybody
I'm looking for an online supplier for double ruffled lace. The lace i'm looking for is ruffled satin over lace. I found crafta.com but always out of stock. Ebay charges way too much for shipping to Canada. Hancock.com doesn't ship to Canada. Fabricland doesn't carry any. Walmart doesn't carry it. Michaels only carries ribbon. I've been looking through the yellow pages and replacemented on google without any successYou guys are my last hope. Please can someone help me!!!!
