I plan to start working on and posting Halloween stuff in August.  Some people are already working towards Christmas.

What are YOU going to work on?
What is your big kick right now?
What is the next big project?

Let's CHAT!

I have just started on this website on July 22 and I really don't know what to do.  I have several things that I have on, and several dozen viewings on each picture but no one buying anything.  I am now looking towards Christmas, I never really have had any luck with many other holidays over the years and so I do not really bother anymore.  Christmas is always very profitable for me.

I look forward to reading more postings as right now I am very disappointed that I haven't sold anything when at my craft sales I cannot keep things on the table! Sad [/img]  Maybe I am advertizing stuff wrong???

Don't get discouraged, you have only been here a week!!!

It takes time to get your name out there and build a following, patience and persistance is key.

Go and check out the Sellers Bootcamp 1 & 2 postings and try out some of the advertising ideas from Christine ........

Yes, it's too early to be discouraged.  Think how many people have to traffic your table to get the sales?  Hundreds?   Make sure you are giving your card with your iCraft address at the tables!

What do they remark on the most when at the table?  Maybe that's what you need to capture in your pictures and descriptions.  At the very least, the online booth can be a place for existing customers to shop in their PJ's 24/7 if they can't make it to your booth!

Will be adding more matching throws and table runners and bed runners.

Have way too many ideas again... trying to keep to the KISS principle but what the heck.  I love having a mess everywhere with new piles of fabric and pillow panels everywhere.

Still trying to inventory my last new 50+ yards from Maxwells... a high end designer in Vancouver Canada.  Got some super deals!

Now that it is September, I have a late start in preparing for holidays due to personal things this summer.

Working on a sterling wire pendant collection.

Adding to more beaded jewelry designs.

Got gorgeous jewelry boxes and figuring out my package presentation for the holidays.

Checking everything I need for holidays in the way of supplies, shipping stuff, etc...

Hi Linda!

I love the summer for all its fun but I'm always glad for September when things resume a more "normal" routine. Way to many distractions that are hard on building a business Smiley

I saw your your new line of necklaces. Beautiful! I love those iridescent beads especially the one necklace that has the green, blue and gold in it.

Getting ready for the "holiday rush" is fun but boy oh boy do I need a kick start of inspiration. good thing bootcamp is just a few weeks away.  Smiley

Cheers

Christine
