Would it be possible to have new items come up first in replacement rather than the order they were listed in?

This gives new items a chance to be seen and would encourage creators to keep listing, keeps the replacementing fresh. Ie if someone goes in to replacement for say earrings then goes back a couple of days later and does the same replacement, they will be presented with all the same things.

Reversing the order so that newly listed items come up first will keep it fresh.

Does that make sense?

Am I over explaining?

Hi Sue,

Funny you should mention this, but we were actually working on the exactly same thing and just released an update yesterday.

1) We flagged all new products and pushed them up in the Search Results, so now you can see "NEW!" in front of the items posted in the past 24hrs.

2) We also flagged new Creators with the message "Just Registered!". Again, it applies only to those who registered in the past 24hrs.

Feel free to comment on any changes we've made.

Thanks Decadence2!   Cheesy
Just wanted to check if you guys think 24hrs is enough time to showcase new items.... or should they stay flagged NEW longer, let's say 48hrs or 3 days?

maybe longer? Once you get more traffic, it might make more sense to shorten it, create more of an urgency (check back often to see whats new!?) for shoppers...?
