Hi Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Does anyone know where I can purchase double layered satin/lace gathered/ruffled lace? I've checked Walmart, Fabricland, Michaels, Zellers, eBay, and other little craft store in the area without any success. Thanks

Hi Gifted Nest,
There is a great shop in Pickering called 'The Lace Place' - all they sell is lace and trim. I'm not sure if they are on-line, trying googling them.

They used to have two locations and I went there all the time for lace and trims. Hope this helps.
