Trouble with "Reserved" Listings

Saturday, I switched from the free promo 1-year shop to the "starter" with 50 items. I put "on hold" the number of items required to comply with the 50 allowed slots.

Sunday, I had a customer that wanted me to reserve a few for her to come back and buy. Today, she tried to buy and there was no "buy" button on the reserved item page. There were seven items that I sent the separate reserved links - none had the buy button.

She has done this before and we have successfully used the reserved feature and found it to be great.

Although my item count said 46 live items, I still put on hold about 8 more thinking she could then get the buy button, but did not.

So, I put all her items live so she could check out and we got the transaction donw.

What was the issue you think? Did I not do something or is it a glitch?

Thanks for your help.
Linda

Sorry to say, but that looks like a glitch on our part. I've sent a request for this to be fixed tomorrow. I'll update you as soon as it's fixed. Thanks for letting us know!

Just an update on glitches - been trying to put 7 items live to equal my 50 and it won't let me. Says I have exceeded my limit.

My live count says 43 so I should have slots available.

Just FYI as you look into the reserved buy button thing~

Yes, we'll look into that as well. Sorry for the delays. We are also fixing problems on our Flash widget that is almost done and ready for the release. You can have a quick pick here https://icraftgifts.com/banners-widgets.php
All should be resolved in a day or two. Thanks!

Thank you, thank you!

I also determined that the 50 allowed vs. not letting me go live when 43 was the count was MY issue. I did not know that when an item sells, it is "live" but not showing in the shop. So, I put the solds on hold and that took care of it.

NOW, I have another thingy...I swear...I can't seem to get anything right this week!

I was checking into upgrading my account. So, I checked the next level for this month and for next month.

I previously paid for the year for the starter.

I thought I would get a checkout feature with the additional cost when I clicked the box. I did not get anything and now the "starter" is grayed out so I can't go back but I have no idea if it will be pulled from my paypal automatically each month or not.

I prefer to pay the upgrade by the year but want to know what I will be paying.

Halp!! LOL!

Hi Linda,

Uhhh, more troubles for you. Sorry to hear that. I'll check into both problems that you've mentioned.

Subscription Option is grayed out because you paid for that Subscription for a year. You can't downgrade it now. You can only upgrade month by month.

You will not be charged anything automatically, as we don't do that.
Our Billing Cycle is one month behind, starting on the first of each month.
So, if you upgrade your subscription for this month - you will recieve an invoice by the end of April for the difference between 2 subscriptions. Thanks!
