Congratulation on your sale! I am sorry to hear that you didn’t receive our notification.
We do send out email notifications to all Creators when they sell something on iCraft.
The only 2 reasons I can think of why you didn’t receive that email from us:
1) If our email ended up in your spam folder. If that’s the reason, I’d ask you to add iCraft to your “Trusted List” in the email program that you use.
2) The other reason could be that you have a wrong email in your account.
It could be either misspelled email or the email that you rarely use.
We send out our notifications to the email that you used when registering with us, not the email that you associate with your PayPal account.
Please check what email you have under “My Account” > “My Profile” and update it if necessary.
