Sometimes maintenance work is hard to schedule in advance, especially if it is an issue that needs immediate attention. We had to upgrade our system to tighten the security on the site and to release the billing system. We had a window of opportunity to do so, and decided to push it through. Sorry, it took us such a long time. Sometimes, technical upgrades take a little longer than anticipated. In the future, we will attempt to inform the community as early as possible to avoid any confusion or concern.
