Is there anyone answering questions from the contact forms?

I have sent several messages through the contact us form and have received no responses. My questions are regarding my subscription I have sent screenshots of my invoice and the my subscription page which states that my subscription is paid each month until October 2025.I did make a payment of what I thought my subscription would be based on that invoice. But I have a red notice asking me to select a monthly subscription package and I can't add any products to my shop. I wanted to handle this without making it a community issue but no one will respond. Please help me I am super frustrated and would like to get my shop active with more than 6 items. I have been with iCraftgifts since 2008 and until this I was one of their top 3 sellers.

Sorry, for the delays! I'll have a look what happened.

Hi Debra, your items are all live right now. The issue was that you paid starting from November, so in October your store was downgraded to 5 free items. 

There is however, an issue right now with image uploads on the site, which we are working on. So maybe hold off adding new items for now. I'll post update on forum when this issue is resolved.
