Hello everyone,

I came across this old thread while poking around, and it made me smile. Time has stood still here... It was a different time, but I find the exchanges as inspiring as ever.

Right now, with the fine weather returning, I'm feeling a need for simplicity, nature and, above all, gardening. It reminds me of my grandparents, who used to spend hours in their garden planting, watering and marvelling at the first shoots. I'd like to recreate that atmosphere.

I don't have a lot of experience, but I think it's the right time to take the plunge. I'm dreaming of a little corner of greenery, maybe even an herb or flower garden on a balcony.

If any of you are still passing through, what would you advise me to start with? I imagine the forum is quieter now, but who knows? Maybe someone will have memories or ideas to share.

In any case, thanks to those who created this wonderful community back then. It's a pleasure to read these messages again.

Edit: By the way, I found this on how to properly fertilize dogwoods, an essential subject for anyone interested in shrubs and flowering plants. This guide explains in detail the nutrients needed, the ideal fertilization periods and other tips for making your dogwoods thrive, whether in a garden or a small green space. An enriching read for any botanical or gardening enthusiast.
