Scam buyers

Is anyone else being contacted by Jennifer Smith? This person has contacted  twice asking if a piece of jewelry is available. In both she/he is using the same email address and wanting to use cash app to pay. I have said that the purchase must go through the iCraftgifts payment. They don't want to do that and last time they stopped  emailing after I told them that it was the only way I would sell to them. Not sure if there is a way for admin to maybe block them. They wasted a lot  of my time asking for more photos and arguing about the payment method.

Hi Debra,

That's a red flag when people try to convince you to pay them through other channels, so don't spend time on them. We can't block people automatically, but if you report users to us - share their email and their messages, we could block them manually. Thanks!

I will send admin a copy of the email with the email address of the person going by the name Jennifer Smith. Thank you for the suggestion.
