Trouble getting banner to load full size?

I'm having trouble getting the banner to load properly. I first tried 625x225 pixels. When it loaded, the top and bottom were cropped too much. then I tried 625x235, 625x170, 625x155 and 625x130. Every time it either loaded with the top & bottom cropped or it showed only halfway across the page. Can someone please verify the pixel size for the banner?
