I also use Wordpress. Very user friendly and many different options available to achieve the look you want.  You can take a look at my blog on Wordpress:

I sometimes struggle to come up with blog ideas. Alot of mine is used for showing new jewelry I've finished and other times I just ramble about whatever  Tongue Post the link if you get one up and going! I'd love to see it!

One thing I am trying to do is set up some kind of routine for myself with my blog.  Some weeks are better than others.  I am trying to include crochet, ASL, children's books, GIMP, and maybe some scrapbooking stuff on a rotating basis.

I did get at least one sale through my blog for something I showcased on my blog.  (Before I started my shop here.)  I don't do it only to get sales, but I do try to write things that I think that my potential customers may go replacementing for online.

By the way, thanks for the compliment about my blog....

If you want to try a website try out freewebs.com.  If you are a beginner this is a very good place to learn how to build a website and it is free.  Pretty user friendly, I built mine and I knew nothing lol!  Here is my website thru freewebs.  It really is pretty easy and you get an unlimited amount of pages I believe.

I personally like Wordpress, because of all the plugins you can add. I've made my wordpress into my website, and I use the blog part to post news and updates on content =)

I. LOVE. IT.

I finally went with Wordpress and am very happy with it. I spent a little extra so I could edit the CSS because I have some ideas on changing it later.

I really like its ease of use and how it is set up.I started out just using for my jewelry, rocks and things but it has quickly evolved into a mish mash of everything else.

I visited everyones blog and they are all great. Good luck to all of you.

I personally think it is great to have one blog with varied interests on it.  If my blog was only about crochet, I would not have gotten a sale from it (before I joined iCraft.)  I also write about other topics like ASL and children's books.  That way, people who are not looking for one thing might happen upon my items in my blog and want them, not because they are looking for them.  After all, unless I am selling them patterns, a crocheter is probably not going to purchase anything I crochet, so if I only wrote about my crochet in that blog I might as well forget using it as a way to promote myself.  I am hoping to add patterns for sale soon so that the crocheters that read my blog will have something to buy as well, lol.

I'm on Wordpress here: www.ainse.wordpress.com

I quite like it, although it would be nice if it allowed us to post ads for that little big of extra income.

I blog about anything, including my jewellery; otherwise my site would probably be very boring.

Glad to have this chance to check out everyone's blogs!

I have started blogging on www.mycraftivity.com. It's a fairly new website and you can also keep up with the latest trends in many crafts.
