How can I work on my shop???

I've been working on my shop, making sets and taking new photo's, Is there anyway to work on my shop without it bumping me up? I have a lot more work to do and don't always want it to put what I'm working on at the top. Any help would be appreciated.

You can change the status of your listings to "on hold" to hide them from public view. I am not sure what else you could do.
