I am at the moment corresponding with the seller. She says there should be a big blue button at the end of the transaction to pay but I really don't remember seeing that button and when I clicked on pay with paypal it just finished the transaction without going to paypal. Stay tuned for more info if I can get it....

Hmm...I figured it would take the buyer to paypal.  I'll be watching this thread to see what you find out!

Hey ficklefaerie,

It's very nice of you to buy something from your fellow crafters.

As for the payment.
Below is a screen shot of the Order Confirmation page where we ask buyers to pay for their purchase with PayPal. It looks like somehow you missed that blue button and never clicked on it.

This is actually a good test of our shopping process. We are going to make additional changes to improve it.

1. Redirect buyer after a few seconds from the Order Confirmation page to PayPal (in case they miss the button again).

2. Add a link to PayPal site in the email going to the buyer

3. Add the same link to the buyer’s order Details page and keep it there until we get a confirmation from PayPal that order has been paid.

Since none of this was done yet (our fault), we will email you the alternative instructions on how to pay for your order.
Thanks,

Hello icraft admin...I seem to have started 2 threads about this, sorry...anyhow, I never got that link to pay thru paypal when I completed my order...I did get something that asked me how I was paying and when I ticked paypal it just completed the process without giving me that button or taking me to paypal...now I almost want to go make another purchase to see what happens again....

Hi ficklefaerie,

Yes, we didn't include PayPal link in the email to buyers, assuming that they will click on the PayPal button. We are making this change today. If you place an order in an hour or so, you will see the link to PayPal in it. Other 2 changes, that I mentioned in my previous post, should be completed tomorrow.
I did send you that link to PayPal yesterday, but if you paid already, that's ok. The seller can mark your order “Paid” manually by going to Order details page, changing Order Status to “Paid” and entering the date when payment was received. You will see an update on your "My Purchases" page as well, once she does that.
We’ve added a manual option here to let those who paid with Personal cheques, Certified cheques or Money orders still see their Order Status “Paid” or “Not Paid”.
Hope this helps and please feel free to make a lot more purchases to test if everything is fine. We can all benefit from this testing. Just kidding.
Thanks,
