Trouble loading photos?

Hello Community!  Please pardon my newbie ignorance, as that may be the cause..... But I cannot add product!  The photos don't attach.  The browse and select portion works, but then nothing loads.  I have no issue with any other part of the product page, it just isn't attaching photos.  Weirdly, when I email the help desk, it will attach a photo there..... But I don't really want to wait another "within 2 days" while they get back to me.  Suggestions?
