Offering a free item with every purchase

Had a quick question. I was wondering if there was anywhere that I could post on my store that I'm offering a free item with every purchase. I currently don't see any place where I could post this.  Thank you.

I think the best way is to mention that in Product Titles, Product Descriptions and on your Store page.
E.g. Crochet Teddy Bear (Incl Free Gift)
Then in product description mention the type of a gift that people will be getting with their purchase.

I would put it in the shop announcement too if it applies to ALL products in the store.
