We'll look into building an app, once we release our redesigned web platform in a few months. Actually, it will improve mobile experience.

Hi Pam, You need to flip your images in Photoshop or other image manipulation program and re-upload them into your store. We are adding this feature to your store in a few months, but for now, that's the only way to fix this issue with images. Thanks!

I believe picasa can rotate photos for you - it's free. I use GIMP - it's a free program to download too.
