Adding items

Yesterday i tried adding an item but unfortunately its not on my page. Please help me add items.

I too am having the same issue posted an item not seeing it at all

What do you see when you click "Submit" button?
Did you see any error messages? Did page refresh?
What browser are you using?
I need a bit more details to recreate this problem.
