International shipping

hello, I am considering shipping to Canada, uk and Italy.  I plan on using first class international as my items are small.  although I ship free to us addresses, I think I need to charge a shipping charge internationally since it will be over what a first class package would be in the US.  Do the custom documents come up when creating the shipping label?  How about custom charges - which should be handled by the buyer.  how does this all work?  thank you.

I don't think iCraft has any shipping integration yet.

Hi rosaliascharm,

You just need to setup 3 shipping profiles for 3 destinations where you plan to ship, and specify the shipping amounts.
We add them to the total at the checkout.
Any other charges (customs fees etc) buyers would have to handle on their end.

Thanks,
