Although we can see how many views a particular item receives, can we get some information about: whether the viewers are registered members or guests or other sellers?  Where the viewers reside? Any other information about people viewing our store?

Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of statistics on who is viewing your pages.
Those are unique views, meaning if I visited your page 5 times, we would count that as 1 view only.
However, that could be iCraft members, as well as site guests.

And robots? Do crawlers count as views? (meaning, I don't know what "unique views" means) - thanks!

I can't say for sure. It's possible that we count them as a unique view the first time they crawl the page, but not their subsequent visits.
