Does this site allow for the sale of Bespoke Clothing items if a sample of the item is shown in photos?

Yes, of course. You can take custom orders, based on a sample posted. Just make sure you specify that your item is available for custom orders with quantity = 0. Also, please mention in your product listings how long it will take you to make your items from the time of the order.
