I don't usually make Xmas gifts. If they don't like it, there's no way to exchange it. I am VERY bad at guessing what other people will like.

However, I just started making some mini albums, so I am giving three away. One for baby's first Christmas and one for a long-time co-worker just because. I also made one for another long-time co-worker but that's because she's leaving to relocate to the Maritimes; not for Christmas.

The ladies at my work like to get my handmade cards to use throughout the year. I'm making them a handful each for Professional Administrators Appreciation Week in April. Christmas is too busy.

My nephews only want what all the other kids have, so no handmade there.

I read online stories from people who do make their own gifts. Sounds hectic. So are shopping malls, sure, but at least if the person doesn't like it, I won't take it as personally!
