need help with photos

hi again still new ..lol
ok have questions.  i need to know how to edit my photos for this web site.
i do not know much on how to do that.  at this point thats the only thing keeping me from putting up my first item to sell. im not an expert by all means. i know how to point the camera and take the picture thats as much as i know..
please help ..
