what is a csv file? help uploading e-bay items

 i want to upload my items from e-bay. not sure what a csv file is or how to upload my items. any help would be appreciated.

You need to check on eBay how to export your listings into csv file. I did a quick replacement on their help section and found that they create an RSS feed for you on demand. http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/exporting-your-listings.html Not sure if they do the same for csv files or if we can use RSS for importing your listings. I'll check.
