Promotional Section?

Are there plans for adding a section to the forums for seller promotion? I've clicked on a couple of discussions in various parts of the forums this past couple of days and have found some links back to shops that were obvious promotions. Not a huge deal, but I'm curious as to whether or not Admin is thinking of consolidating all of that into one area?

Update: We've added a new forum topic to the message board called Creator Spotlight which will allow designers, artists and crafters to list their products and available promotions / offers:

I already posted this under general, but maybe this is a better place. I'm wondering how we would be able to handle a sale item - I would like to offer a percentage off, but am not sure how this could be handled on checkout.
