Profile name

Can someone tell me what is "profile name" in shipping settings. please?

It's what you want to call it so you can remember what setting it is.  You can create a great number of shipping profiles, but you can only attach 3 of them at any time to a product.

So.... let's say you create one profile for shipping heavy things and one profile for shipping light things.  I would name the settings for the heavy things "Heavy Shipping" as the profile name and the other I would name "Light Shipping".  Or you can make profiles by geographic location.  So you could have one profile for every country or make it for continents.  So like... "North America" can be the profile name for the settings you would use when the buyer is in North America and "Europe" might be a different profile.
