I'm sorry - I'm not sure I understand the question. but here's my answer to what I think you want to know:
iCraft allows you to ship whatever way you choose. It does not have to be Canada Post. You set your own policy and your own shipping prices to the buyer.
As far as I know, iCraft has not negotiated any shipping discounts with any carriers.
I do know that Canada Post has a program called Venture One. If you sign up for this program through Canada Post, you can get discounts on parcel shipping - I think 5%. There is no discount on Light Packet/Small Packet and Letter shipping though. There is also a discount on some supplies. That program is through Canada Post and entirely independent of iCraft.
