How long does it usually take to upload my products from csv file?

I'm a new seller and was looking forward to selling on icraft. It's now been 3 days since I sent my csv file to admin and still waiting....

How long does it normally take?

As I mentioned in my email, it doesn't take long - a few days. But it's a manual process, so I can't say how long exactly. This task has been assigned to someone and as soon as they complete it, I'll send you an update. Thank you for your patience!

No problem! We didn't automate this feature yet, as we are still analyzing files we get from sellers from various sites. They are all so different, which makes it hard to come up with general rules for importing data from them.
