Hi Everyone.

My names Bridget and my shop is called Windsorian Spa on i craft. Previously I was listed on etsy but didn't work out too good So I came across this website and so far I am loving the website..

I love creating band made goods in the bath and beauty section. Hope to make some wonderful friends on here!

Take care in the mean time.

Welcome Bridget,   I checked your shop and it looks good.  Your photos are good and your descriptions are informative and full of info .  Looks good to me.  We are in the middle of a learning bootcamp.  It is too late to join this time but you can follow along right here and learn how to drive business to your store.  You can also follow the last boot camp which starts at the begining.  Find it under community-bootcamp.  They have one every so often and anyone can join.  I am in this one and the last one and I have learned so much!
Again  welcome!............Kat

Hi Kat.

Thanks for commenting, I'm glad it was positive ^_^ I'm hoping to join the boot-camp program when it should start again but i'm not too sure when it will reopen though.

Love your shop by the way x

kind regards,

Hi Bridget , welcome to icraft!  Kat is giving you good advice about Bootcamp for sure.  I have learned a lot from it!  I wish you every success.  Your products look lovely and very reasonably priced too.

Hi Bridget and welcome to iCraft. You will enjoy it here!  Have a look around the Community for tips on shop improvement, and as Kat said, go through the Bootcamp for info on how to improve shop page and driving traffic.

I’ve reviewed your page...looks good. But I would offer some suggestions for minor tweaks. Your shop page info should be a bit longer…maybe include how you make your products, do you make them in your home or do you have a studio, are the ingredients organic, are the scents you offer inspired by anything specific (an English garden maybe  Smiley )

I would suggest more info about ingredients on your shop page and individual listings, just in case some customers are allergic to paraffins or dyes or actual fruit.  I am personally allergic to pineapple when I eat it, I’m not sure if the pineapple was in a soap if I would have a reaction. But I would stay away from it just to be safe.

Maybe also include a bit about yourself, what you do when not making bath products.  I learned these things during the first bootcamp.

Also, photos could be brighter.  Maybe take the products outside for natural lighting or by a window?  I learned to make a photo light tent so I could control some of the shadows…but photos are still a work in progress for me.

Be sure to tell all your previous customers you’ve moved on all your media sites, so they can find you here!

Welcome Bridget! Happy to have you with us  Grin
Just curios what you didn't like about Etsy that made you close your store there.
