Hi Bridget and welcome to iCraft. You will enjoy it here! Have a look around the Community for tips on shop improvement, and as Kat said, go through the Bootcamp for info on how to improve shop page and driving traffic.
I’ve reviewed your page...looks good. But I would offer some suggestions for minor tweaks. Your shop page info should be a bit longer…maybe include how you make your products, do you make them in your home or do you have a studio, are the ingredients organic, are the scents you offer inspired by anything specific (an English garden maybe
)
I would suggest more info about ingredients on your shop page and individual listings, just in case some customers are allergic to paraffins or dyes or actual fruit. I am personally allergic to pineapple when I eat it, I’m not sure if the pineapple was in a soap if I would have a reaction. But I would stay away from it just to be safe.
Maybe also include a bit about yourself, what you do when not making bath products. I learned these things during the first bootcamp.
Also, photos could be brighter. Maybe take the products outside for natural lighting or by a window? I learned to make a photo light tent so I could control some of the shadows…but photos are still a work in progress for me.
Be sure to tell all your previous customers you’ve moved on all your media sites, so they can find you here!
