That was hard to believe!  They are going to come out of this looking pretty bad..bravo for the customer who stood up for herself!

I've heard this from many eBay sellers that buyers have too much power on eBay, and that eBay always takes buyers' side.
Will be interesting to see what will come out of this dispute.

wow, this is interesting. I've also heard from many eBay sellers that they feel like a second-class citizens on eBay, and that buyers can get away with terrible feedback for no reason. eBay will always side with the buyers, which is not really fair.
