Hi There, I'm new to Icraft and really have no idea how this works, my question is...how long does it take to recieve payment in your paypal account after someone makes a purchase? I made my first sale on Sunday, it is now Wednesday and I have recieved no payment! should I wait? should I contact the buyer? I don't want to appear like I'm not sending the order if the buyer has actually made the payment! Thanks for the help...

Hi Enola,

If your buyer was suppose to pay through PayPal, he (she) should've done it right away.
I'd say contact the buyer directly and find out if they have any questions and ask them when you can expect their payment.
Our system also sends them notifications for a couple of days reminding them of the payment.

Please never ship anything until you receive the payment! Hope this helps.
