iCraft tab on Facebook

Hi,
I'm not sure this question is in the right topic forum. But in any case, I was trying to figure out how to put an iCraft icon or tab on my Facebook page, specifically on the left side under the profile pic with all the other tabs (Info, Photos, Events, etc)

I'm no techie by any means, and normally I get so frustrated with Facebook I end up just logging out.
A step by step instructional would be greatly appreciated (as if you're speaking to a 5 year old, although a 5yr old would probably get it faster than I would!)
