I e-mailed admin a week ago and no response.  I got an e-mail saying I had to upgrade by subscription or it would be dropped down to five items.  I thought this was something that was done yearly.  I was told in order to list the number of items I had listed that I had to upgrade as my status was for 5 items only.  This came as quite a suprise to me as I'd been paying a monthly fee which I wouldn't have done for five items.  I paid to upgrade and e-mailed admin in the hopes that they would realize the problem and credit my recent payment toward my account, but no reply and still only 5 items listed.

What's going on here?  Admin if you read this please get in touch.

Hi Pam,

I believe I responded on your email. You paid for September and payment you are referring to is for October. You can switch to a yearly subscription at any time, if that works better for you. I will resend my email to you. Please add service@iCraftGifts.com to the trusted senders list, so our emails don't get caught by spam guard. Thanks!
