This is very frustrating

I contacted icraft this morning regarding an e-mail I received saying that my account hadn't been paid and they were going to put all but five items on hold until such time as it was.  My account was paid, and if I go into invoices it shows that everything is paid right up to and including September 1st.

I thought once I contacted icraft they would take care of this, but the shop is still showing five items and I haven't heard back.  I hate to post here, but perhaps admin. will see it and contact me.

Hi Pam,

I believe responded to you by email. It looks like you didn't recieve it. Everone is getting 2 invoices in September, as we are switching to a different payment system. If you paid your September invoice after September 7th, you will have to set product status of your "On hold" products to "Live" manually. Thanks!
