Make Shipping Profile Easier Please

Admin:

Could you please make it possible to change the shipping profile once it's been posted.  As things stand now if I want to adjust the cost of shipping within Canada I apparently can't do it.  If I try and delete the existing profile it says I can't because there's product attached to it.  This means I have no way of adjusting the cost of shipping.

I do not want to post changes in my profile because I have read numerous posts on another site where buyers state they will click off a shop if it directs them to a profile page for shipping details.  They want to see it right in the shipping profile. 

Can you please, please make it possible for us to go into an exisitng shipping profile, edit it and then have the new profile replace the exisitng profile.

Pam, you can update your Shipping Profiles now.
Go to https://icraftgifts.com/member_shipping_profiles.php and click on "Edit" link beside any Shipping Profile. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply.  I know I can go in and edit it, but I can't go in and delete an existing one.  I have two for Canada and want to delete one.

I see an "edit" link and a "delete" link next to all of my shipping options.

It sounds like the system can't delete any shipping option that is in use by a listing.  You would first have to edit any product that is using that option until no products use that option, and then you should be able to delete the option.

That's my best guess on what's going on.
