ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
Only the finest Canadian-produced handmade products will be considered.
SELECTION PROCESS:
This is a juried show. We are accepting only the top craftspeople offering original work made by them in Canada.
ARTISANS COMPRISING:
Jewellery, glass, stained glass, furniture, wood (bowls, boxes, cutting boards, pens), fashion accesories (purses, belts, leather,hats, scarves), ceramics, candles, clothing, body care, childrens toys, textiles/fabrics, paintings, artwork, and mixed media.
SELECTION OF ARTISANS:
When you apply for this show you must an initial payment of $250. If you are selected, your cheque will be cashed. Fees are non-refundable.
SHOW FEE:
Booths range in price from $895 - $1500 plus GST depending on size.
We will invoice you for the full cost of the booth in September less
your deposit of $250. If you are selected by jury, the deposit amount
is non-refundable.
BOOTH SELECTION:
You must give us three choices of booth placement. They are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to place vendors in the most appropriate location, by our judgement, to prevent competing vendors being placed next to each other.
DISPLAY AREA:
Each booth space will be separated by blue drape. Each booth will also have 750 watts of power available. Extension cords will likely be needed. You will need to bring everything that you will need including displays, tables and chairs. You can rent tables from us, please inquire well before the show.
SECURITY:
The Distillery maintains roving security guards outside throughout the night. In addition we will provide our own indoor nightime security for off-show hours.
We suggest to take anything of value with you at the close of each day. We, however, are not responsible for your goods, from move in to move out.
MOVE-IN: Tuesday November 18/2008 11am-9pm
MOVE OUT: Sunday, November 23/2008 Move out is from 7pm until 2 am. Everything MUST be removed from the building.
