Handmade Store: Chicken Billys

I grew up in the small town of Salem, Utah. Growing up, I hunted the mountains above Salem with my Dad, Brother, Uncles and Cousins. One of the favorite places to hunt was Chicken Billy's. Stories told that there used to be an old miner named Billy. I remember my Grandpa telling me that he would come down off the mountain and steal peoples chickens, thus giving him the nickname of Chicken Billy. Today if you know where to look, you can find where Chicken Billy's cabin once stood.

My Etsy shop came to be out of necessity after I had COVID in July of 2021. It put me in the hospital for over two weeks, eleven of those days I was intubated in the ICU. The doctors told me I was very lucky. COVID nearly killed me. Today I struggle with the usual COVID side effects, and have had to do something that I am able to, to help support my Wife and Son.

As the memories that I have spending time with my family hunting Chicken Billy's bring me Joy and Happiness, I hope I can create some things that will bring you Joy and Happiness as well.
