I am a professional watercolor artist & jewelry designer living the creative life on the Carolina coast. My artwork is in private collections across the USA, the United Kingdom & Australia. I am best known for my use of color, composition and design in my art as well as my jewelry designs. I enjoy working with beads and wire to create one of a kind jewelry.

My creative obsessions include painting, working with metal, wire & beads, crochet, papercrafts, writing and music. Whatever it is I am into at the moment, I always put a little piece of "me" into my work, hence the shop name "a little piece of B".

As a creative spirit - artist, writer & musician, I am most creatively inspired when I'm listening to music or at the beach. I began painting in 2005. I'm studying art & being mentored by the award winning NC artist Rusty Hughes who studied art extensively in Europe.

My artwork is currently being shown at the Sunset River Marketplace Gallery. One of my larger paintings, “Highway to Hell”, was one of 64 pieces of art accepted into the Waccamaw Art Guild 2007 Juried Art Show at The Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum.

Comments and constructive criticism of my artwork is always encouraged and appreciated. I grow as an artist from comments & reactions to my work. I enjoy sharing my ideas & techniques with others. I also learn a lot from other artists sharing their creative journey with me.
