General Shipping Policy:

Once I receive a paid order, I will ship within 1-2 days. Insurance will be provided for items over $100 purchase price. I offer free shipping on orders over $50 unless expedited shipping is chosen. Expedited shipping will have a set price.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns happen, but they are unfortunate. In order to avoid having to return an item, please ask questions before you make a purchase. I'll will gladly answer any questions you may have.

I value you as a customer and strive for complete customer satisfaction and repeat business. If, for any reason, you wish to return a purchased item, I will gladly issue a refund or exchange for an item of equal value providing the following conditions are met. These conditions are imposed to discourage an item being purchased for a special event, worn, then returned for a refund when it is no longer needed.

-Please contact me via email at alwaysartsy@hotmail.com or phone 701-40-5247 within two days upon receipt of your order. If emailing, be sure to include your name, invoice number and the item(s) you are wanting to return. An item in your possession for three days is considered sold and not returnable.

- I must receive the returned item within 7 days to qualify for a refund. Refunds issued will be based on the original purchase price less return shipping & handling. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including insurance. A restocking fee is imposed to cover extra bookkeeping time, re-placement of the item in the online store and for loss of ability to sell item while it is presumed sold to you and in transit.

-All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition. I will not accept any return if the item has been damaged or altered for any reason.

-If the item has been sent to you via free UPS or USPS shipping, the original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Providing all of the above conditions are met, I will issue a refund as soon as I receive and inspect the item.

Please allow 30 days for the return credit to show up on your credit card statement.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

I take extra care to pack orders to prevent damage and breakage during shipment. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these directions closely so insurance is not voided. Please note that only orders over $75 receive insurance.

-If the package shows visible damage upon arrival, ask the carrier to record the damage and open the package in front of the carrier if possible. Have the carrier record the damage to the ordered piece.

-Notify me immediately via email that your item(s) arrived damaged. Please take a photo of the damage and attach it to the email.

-Take the entire order, with all contents and all original packing material, to the local Post Office immediately and file a claim.

-The USPS will send the claim to me for processing.

-Do not mail the damaged items back to me as this will void the USPS insurance and I will not be able to give you a refund.

If your order was delivered by UPS, please contact UPS to file a claim in the same manner.


LAYAWAY OPTION

As a convenience to my customers, I offer a layaway program with three equal monthly payments. A $5.00 layaway fee will be added to each payment for a total $15 layaway fee.

- A down payment of 1/3 the purchase price plus layaway fee will be required to hold the item.

- Second payment of 1/2 the remaining balance plus layaway fee will be due 30 days later.

-Final payment of the remaining balance plus layaway fee will be due 30 days after the second payment.

I will ship your item to you as soon as I receive final payment. Failure to make a payment or an overdue account will be considered delinquent and the item will be placed back in active inventory and relisted in my online store. Any payments made on the account will be non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable if the layaway agreement is canceled before final payment is made.

Layaway items that are paid in full within the first 30 days will not be charged a layaway fee.

In order to purchase an item on layaway, please contact me at:
alwaysartsy@hotmail.com or 701-400-5247 and I will send an invoice for the first installment and a layaway agreement/schedule. I will send an invoice for each remaining payment five days before the due dates.
