All handmade using Brass, Stainless Steel, Silver plated charms, rhodium plated clasps and all beads are glass and Swarovski crystal. Custom orders are welcome.

General Shipping Policy: Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing using standard Canada Post shipping. Express shipping can be requested at extra cost if desired. FREE shipping on all orders of $60 or more! Returns & Refunds: If there is an error made by us in spelling or you request a brass tag and receive stainless steel we will immediately re-ship your proper order at our expense. Return only within: 7 Days Refund:Exchange Only Since all items are handmade there is a degree of uniqueness and irregularities that might be found in the products. Please understand, that is the beauty of handmade products. If you are not happy with what you see when you get your order, returns will be accepted provided they come back in the same condition they were sent minus the shipping fees and we will replace your item. Buyer will also be responsible for paying the shipping fees to return items. If for some reason you do not receive your package via Canada Post we will be happy to provide proof of shipping.
